What is the check-in & check-out times for the hotel?

Check In 12non check out 11am.

Early check In-Late check -out Charges are mandatory what will be the charges?

Charges are 5am -10:30am INR 800,1pm -3pm INR 500, 4PM-8PM 800 8PM Onwards full day tariff.

Which are the means for booking a room at Pleasant Moments.

You can visit our website (www.pleasantmoments.in) and make an online reservation. We also take reservations via the phone or email published on the website. We also take reservation directly at hotel front office.

Are there any eligibility criteria to book a room at Pleasant Moments?

The standard Hotel policies state that to be eligible for booking a room you need to be 18 years or above. Please read through the terms and conditions page for further details.

Can I bring my pet?

Pet are not Allowed in our hotel.

Do you offer handicapped rooms?

Yes, handicap person should have at least one dependent member.

How many months before in advance do, I reserve rooms?

Reservations can be made up to six months in advance.

How can I modify or cancel a reservation?

Reservation via Phone or online booking through official website.
Call the hotel front desk to inform/discuss.

Visit the WEB site that you made a reservation and modify or cancel the reservation.

What is the reception opening hours?

The reception is open 24 hours and the front office person will be at your service.

Can I also book breakfast online? What does it cost?

In some Pleasant Hotels breakfast is included as part of the Deluxe Room & Premier Rooms. For hotels or rates, which do not have breakfast included, you can inform the front desk. The cost for breakfast depends on the hotel and may vary from INR 200 per person.

Is Wi-Fi available at the Hotel/In the room?

WiFi is available free of charge in the rooms and in the hotel premises.

Do you offer Non-Smoking /Smoking rooms?

Yes, we offer non-smoking rooms. Smoking is allowed only in rooms that has a balcony and guests can only smoke in the balcony. If the guest smoke in the room, a penalty of one day will be deducted as the same room cannot be made available for another guest immediately.

Do you offer child rates.

Yes, Our Hotels have family-friendly rates. Children from 0-11 years stay free. Children from 12-16 years pay from 30% of the tariff per-night night. There are also discounts on meals:

  • Children from 0-5 years – No charge
  • Children from 6-11 years – 50% discount
  • Children from 12-16 years – 25% discount

Do you provide Pick-Up Drop Service?

We do provide transportation service on chargeable basis .

Are special requests, such as gluten-free meals, or free pillows availed?

We try our best to fulfil all your requirements. Please contact the GM at the hotels with your special needs.

Questions about the booking process /Reservation policy

How many rooms can be booked at once? Do you offer Bulk booking option online?

For each reservation you can book up to 1-5 rooms online. We take the bulk booking online If you require more rooms, please contact GM/Front Office Manager at hotel.

Are the rates per person or per room

For additional occupancy the charges are per person between INR 600-800.

Please note that at check-in, all guests must present a valid proof of identification and of on-going travel.

Please note that couples are required to produce a marriage certificate or any valid proof of marriage at the time of check-in. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.

Cancellation and Refunds Policy

You can cancel your booking by calling our Customer Support helpline on.

If a booking having less than 10 room nights is cancelled:

  • More than 24 hours before check-in date: FREE CANCELLATION
  • 0-24 hours before check-in date: 1-night cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
  • In case of no show: Entire booking cost will be charged as cancellation fee.

If a booking having at least 10 room-nights is cancelled:

  • More than 7 days before check-in date: FREE CANCELLATION
  • 0-7days before check-in date: 1-night cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
  • In case of no show: Entire booking cost will be charged as cancellation fee.

Refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request.
