Terms & Conditions for Check-in
- Standard check-in time is 12:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. We request you to please confirm with us if a special arrangement is needed. You might be charged extra otherwise.
- Our hotels require you to furnish a valid photo-ID and address proof at the time of check-in. Documents that may be accepted as valid proofs include driving license, passport, voter’s ID card, national identity card. PAN cards are not accepted as valid ID cards.
- Our hotels reserve the right to admission. Accommodation can be denied to the guests posing as a couple if suitable identification and a non-local address proof is not presented at check-in.
- Visitors for our guests are allowed in the hotel Lobby only till 8:00 PM.
- Any request for early or late meals needs to be made with the reception at least a night in advance.
- We request our guests to avoid playing loud music in their rooms as that might disturb the stay of our other guests.
- Our hotels do not allow pets anywhere in the premises.
- Ensuring the safety of the valuables would be the sole responsibility of the guests.
- In case of extension of stay, the guests will have to inform the management 3hours in advance of their original check out time. Stay extension is subjected to availability.
- For Pay@Hotel bookings, check-in would be subject to room availability at the time of check-in. In case rooms are not available, we would make best efforts to accommodate you at alternate hotel locations nearest to your originally selected hotel. Any tariff difference or transportation cost involved in shifting would have to directly borne by
